OUR HISTORY

The author and initiator of LEAN EDUCATION Foundation activities is Joanna Czerska - currently President of the Foundation.

Joanna talks about where the idea for the first program of the Foundation - Young Lean Leader - came from in this video (in Polish).

After 3 years of pilot work and launching the first 2 editions of the program, we decided to establish a Foundation to ensure further development of our activities.

The founder - the LeanQ Team company - handed over the baton to the first board of the Foundation, represented by Joanna Czerska, Natalia Jażdżewska, Piotr Bielawski and Krzysztof Dobrowolski.
